ATC2023: Aligned Strategies + Empowered People + Impactful Outcomes

The Talent Community are coming together on 22nd + 23rd November 2023 to connect, learn and grow and we’re taking over all of Sydney’s Luna Park!

Talent Acquisition is taking centre stage. We are poised for the next great leap to provide value beyond external hiring. Will we arrive by purpose and design? Our 2023 event theme is: Aligned Strategies + Empowered People + Impactful Outcomes.

Over two days, you’ll have access to 27 sessions run by Talent Leaders, Development Trainers, and Industry Experts, 9 on the Main Stage and 18 Breakout Sessions. Plus, our Tech & Supplier Expo, Games, Rides, Social Drinks, and a whole lot of Talent Community fun and connection.
