Originally from Germany and now living in Melbourne, Stefan is a well-connected talent acquisition leader who brings over 14 years of recruitment experience in both internal and agency environments.

Stefan’s recruitment path is marked by his commitment to creating remarkable candidate experiences through the strategic implementation of technology and the advocacy of employer branding.

He is currently leading TA Operations at Xplor, a software and payments company with a global presence, where he empowers his recruitment team to truly excel in their roles. Throughout his career, Stefan’s expertise has spanned various dimensions of the recruitment landscape in the start-up and corporate world.

Stefan is also the Co-Organiser of the #MelbRecMeetup – Melbourne’s largest community for talent acquisition and recruitment professionals.
