A vibrant community sharing resources, content and ideas to improve the way we recruit and manage talent across Australasia.
For 15 years, ATC has been exploring Talent trends, tools and technology around the globe. We bring together thinkers, makers and trailblazers to propel Talent capability and practices and connect the community to each other.
With the help of the TA community, we bring between 6-10 events to life each year. Today, the ATC is the largest event for internal talent leaders and professionals in the southern hemisphere. When we’re not curating events, we’re writing or sharing high quality content to over 10,000 talent practitioners. If you’re new here, welcome! We invite you to join our community, attend or present at one of our conferences and read or contribute some great content!
