About Ian

Ian oversees solutions at Paradox across APAC, working with organisations to reimagine their hiring processes and experience. He joined Paradox with a wealth of experience within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources with a career that spans the UK and Australia. Prior to joining Paradox Ian led the Talent Acquisition team at Optus, responsible for recruitment operations, strategy and transformation. Ian is passionate about leveraging automation in the hiring process to ensure that people can spend time with people, not software, delivering personalised consumer grade experiences.
