She will share what she showcases, where she obtains her data and how she communicates it across the business from the Board, Executive Team to Hiring Managers and how it is positively impacting collaboration, influence and authority.
About Pea
Pea leads the Global Talent Function at Immutable, responsible for Talent Brand, Talent Intelligence and Talent Acquisition, and has worked in TA & People leadership roles in the UK, Germany, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Colombia, South Korea and Australia, recruited globally for 15 years across Tech, Senior Leadership, GTM and Ops. She is on the board for Girls in Tech and was a volunteer for four years and her personal goal is to get more women into web3.
