About Jessica

Jess has spent the last 17 years within the recruitment industry within both agency and internal corporate functions and is currently the Head of TA – ANZ and the Global Head of Talent Sourcing at Toll Group. As an early adopter of recruitment technology, Jess started early in the world of proactive sourcing and thinking about different ways to identify and engage talent, well before the concepts of strategic sourcing had become mainstream. (yes – even before LI was a thing!). Having worked with organisations such as Thales, Cisco, GE, CBA and Toll, Jess has built strategic sourcing functions from scratch which enabled organisations to have significant impact across their talent functions including “talent on tap”, time, quality, and cost, right through to driving the edge on talent analytics, talent intelligence and talent strategy.

About Nadine

Nadine operates at the coal face, consulting to Talent leaders across almost all verticals as General Manager at TQSolutions. As a trusted thought leader in the Australian market, Nadine has led TA transformations and implemented solutions for some of the country’s biggest and most exciting businesses (and even many of the smaller success stories).

She is well known for her no-nonsense and unapologetically honest approach and, she shares practical ideas, blended with the latest thinking and case studies from a huge variety of clients to challenge your thinking and optimise outcomes.

About Shane

Shane has just clicked into his 24th year in the staffing and workforce solutions industry and whilst some may describe him as a ‘veteran’, his desire for self-learning and positive impact means he treats each week as if it was his first. He has a track record of running successful businesses and takes pride in his ability to identify and develop talent whilst at the same time creating lasting partnerships with his clients.

As MD, Enterprise Solutions for APAC at Hays, Shane is responsible for the delivery of market leading Talent Solutions to a range of clients across Australia and New Zealand. This involves the leadership and development of talented sales, delivery and operational teams whilst maintaining senior client relationships. Having worked in the Talent Acquisition industry for such a sizeable period of his career he is incredibly passionate about the higher value a talent or talent advisory team can play for organisations.
