Simon entered the talent acquisition industry 9 years ago after a short career working as a product designer. Starting in agency land before stepping into the internal TA space Simon is a passionate advocate for the power of TA teams to build and grow businesses. Simon is the Talent Team Lead at Mantel Group. Born and bred in Melbourne, he is an avid coffee lover, semi-amateur cyclist and a passionate support of the mighty Collingwood Magpies (don’t held it against him, it runs in his family). With his background in design & engineering Simon always utilises a creative approach to whatever he does and constantly tries to find better & more efficient ways of getting great people into great careers.
