Aurelio is the Talent Acquisition Manager at C&K – The Creche and Kindergarten Association, one of Queensland’s leading Early Childhood Education providers. He and his team have been busy transforming their function into one of proactive partnership across their organisation’s 170+ Childcare centres and Kindergartens as they evolved out of the COVID-19 era. He himself brings 8+ years in TA, both as an agency and in-house recruiter partnering with purpose-led organisations to tackle their staffing goals at scale.
