Video: Using data to ensure everyone has a chance to join & thrive at Atlassian with Aubrey Blanche

A self-described perpetually recovering social scientist, Aubrey Blanche, Diversity & Inclusion expert at Atlassian and one of our speakers at ATC2018, has combined the use of data and social science research to increase the hiring of women in technical roles by almost 80 percent in her organisation over the past two years.
That is pretty impressive rate, considering the fact that the overall representation of females in the technical workforce has grown by only 1.21 percent globally in the past year, according to a 2017 report from the Anita Borg Institute.
In addition, they have also improved the representation of employees over 40 and those from underrepresented racial ethnic groups.
Find out from Aubrey why this is important in this video:

Aubrey will be going into the details on how Atlassian has combined data and social science research to increase diversity in the organisation at the ATC2018. Tickets still available.
