Show Me The Money! Gaining C-Suite Buy-in

Do you wish you could “get to” the talent projects that would make a difference to the business you work in? Do you find yourself frustrated by the limited budget and resources you need to operate in? Do you wish you could just help the business be better but struggle to be heard or to find a champion to support your vision?  If you want this to change this session is for you!

Your experience of working in Talent Acquisition is directly impacted by how much the C-suite understand and value what you deliver. The C-suite determine where the investments go each year and if your area is not getting invested in, it’s time to do something about it.

In this session, Nicola will help you think differently about how you approach an ask for investment. How to speak the “language” of the C-suite and most importantly, how you, regardless of whether you are a Talent leader or in your first talent role, build the brand trust and equity of your function.
