Leading inclusion and belonging at Officeworks, I’m currently steering a refresh of our I&B strategy to embed inclusivity across our operations. At Coles Group, I led the embedding our values across an organisation of 115,000 team members, leading to a 22% jump in team member awareness, showcasing a proven ability to transform organisational culture and contribute to creating a culture by choice, and not chance.
My experience at Coles Group and NAB equipped me with the skills to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance team member experience and engagement. At Officeworks, this experience informs my approach to driving impactful initiatives that drive positive change and support equitable and inclusive opportunities for all team members.
