Lauren is a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Recruitment professional with over eighteen years of hands-on managerial experience in TA and agency recruitment. Lauren has honed her skills in identifying and attracting top talent for her clients as Founder and Director of Sharp People.
Lauren is also the co-founder of TaPod, a first-in-Australia Talent Acquisition podcast connecting talent professionals globally. Through TaPod, Lauren and co-host Craig aim to facilitate learning and knowledge sharing across the industry. They tackle the big topics in the market, speak to peers, and explore what is news out there in the TA world.
Lauren co-founded the Internal Talent Awards, recognising the often-overlooked Internal Talent Acquisition industry.
