Connection – Given the current climate in recruitment which all organisations; internal and agency functions currently face, it is a great opportunity for connection. We are all in this together but the great things that come out of these opportunities to come together is connection within recruitment. Connection for ideas and support, to learn off one another, and to test our current and future ways of working and evolution of how we as recruitment functions continue to support our businesses, but mostly how we continue to connect in and support our communities in which we operate, providing meaningful opportunities for individuals in times of need to support organisations supporting customers with their needs.
