For almost 2 decades, ATC has been exploring Talent trends, tools and technology around the globe. We bring together thinkers, makers and trailblazers to propel Talent capability and practices and connect the community to each other.

We run 10+ events each year, some free and some ticketed.  Today, the ATC is the largest event for internal talent leaders and professionals in the southern hemisphere. When we’re not curating events, we’re writing or sharing high quality content to over 8,000 talent practitioners. We couldn’t do all of this without the help and collaboration of the Talent Community.
