Michael de Graaf currently leads the Talent Acquisition and Mobility Centres of Excellence team as a Senior Manager. His experience spans for 11 plus years; 4 years in agency recruitment and 7 in in-house roles.
Michael and his team lead Deloitte Australia’s Talent Brand, Recruitment Technology and People Analytics & Insights initiatives. Focusing on initiatives and projects that apply data, digital and applied design thinking to better engage, attract and secure the right talent for Deloitte. In addition to being a member of the firm’s Social Capital Leadership Team and Michael and his team also own responsibility for the majority of the firm’s social channels. Previously Michael has held Talent Acquisition roles with Vodafone and ninemsn.
Michael’s team includes Talent Marketing and Communication Team (Including Talent/ Employer Brand), Talent Acquisition Technology Team, Talent Analytics Team, Strategic and Executive Sourcing Team and Firm Social and Employee Advocacy.
He also sits in a number of advisory roles as Member of Deloitte Australia’s Social (media) Capital Steering Committee, Member of Deloitte’s Global Talent Brand Taskforce, Member of Deloitte’s Global Social (media) Business Council, Member of Deloitte’s Global Social (media) Talent Council, Member of Deloitte’s Global Recruitment Technology Steering Committee, Deloitte Australia Employee Advocacy Program Leader (Elevate) and HR Innovation and Technology SME for Deloitte Australia.
