About Lauren
Lauren is Head of Talent at MYOB and a registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in HR and transformation advisory roles. Lauren started her career in Management Consulting at PwC before moving to Australia Post as Head of Culture and then leading HR for the Technology team. She then moved to MYOB as Head of Organisational Development and for the last year has been the Head of Talent which includes all recruitment and talent management including internal mobility and the Future Makers Academy. MYOB is a business management platform business, designed to help more Australian and New Zealand businesses start, survive and succeed.
