  Clare Montgomerie

A Senior Internal Recruitment manager who believes in out of the box thinking with expertise in recruitment strategy and problem solving to assist with talent challenges. Clare is currently the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for Westpac leading a complex environment both from a market and regulatory perspective. She has developed also expertise in the Immigration field having led PwC New Zealand’s immigration practise for a number of years which has enabled her to capture diverse workforces and broaden the horizon’s of hiring managers and dispelling myths of the immigration complexities. She has helped developed innovative programmes to enable talent pathways with a difference and has a huge focus on community involvement with a number of external interests.
