Stop, Collaborate and Listen!
Many TA functions are trying to drive and optimise Talent outcomes from within but here is the thing – you can’t hire anyone with a Hiring Manager or a Candidate.
So rather than serve, combat or influence stakeholders, we embarked on an exciting Talent collaboration experiment.
Goodstart have 17,000 employees, 30 in Talent Acquisition working across all states, providing service to 660 centres and Hiring Managers.
Already adept at working in remote teams, we then created Virtual Talent Teams including people from all across the organisation as well as candidates. By working together to design, create and test, we have transformed engagement and Talent outcomes – together. I will share some of the key engagement pieces including a Virtual Candidate Experience Bootcamp and Talent Incubation Sessions and help you uncover how you can also collaborate for stronger cooperation, trust and outcomes.
