The Inclusive Hiring Edit
In this session, we will explore practical ways to edit your existing talent acquisition practices, employee value proposition (EVP) and candidate experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind. This session isn’t about huge programs of work that sound great but that fall off your to-do list, this is about finding ways to create change within your existing sphere of influence. Join this session if you are keen to take small steps towards mitigating bias and creating equitable outcomes and inclusive experiences.
