As the Head of Talent (Global) at Movember, Edan plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s end-to-end global talent strategy. His remit spans across employer branding, workforce planning, talent management, strategic recruitment, and enhancing the overall candidate and employee experience.
Edan is responsible for building inclusive hiring practices and designing innovative talent solutions that align with Movember’s mission to change the face of men’s health.
In this leadership role, Edan partners closely with executive teams across Australia, the UK, the US, Ireland, New Zealand and Canada to ensure the organisation attracts, retains, and grows world-class talent.
He has led the evolution of Movember’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), championing a culture that celebrates purpose, community, and wellbeing. Under his leadership, the talent function has become more proactive, data-driven, and human-centred—helping Movember to deliver on its ambitious impact and growth goals globally.
In 2021, Edan also founded the Rubberband Network, a supportive community designed for professionals within the Talent and Recruitment industry. Originally created as a space to offer mental health support and career guidance to industry peers, Rubberband has since evolved into a vibrant, values-led community. It fosters authentic connections, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and provides a safe and inclusive platform for open dialogue—particularly around the challenges faced in recruitment roles.
Passionate about showcasing the Australian talent industry on the global stage, Edan continues to influence and innovate within the HR community.
