The AI Uplift for Talent Professionals half-day Workshop is a high-energy, 3.5-hour deep dive designed to move recruitment teams from “playing with ChatGPT” to mastering AI as a core professional competency. This is a practical, hands-on session built specifically for the real-world workflows of Recruiters, Sourcers, and HR/Talent Leaders.

Most AI training is either too “big picture” to be useful or “too generic” to apply to the nuances of Hiring & HR. This workshop flips the script. We focus exclusively on the Talent Lifecycle, teaching you how to use Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents to automate the “grind” while elevating your human judgment and advisory impact. Whether you’re in Internal TA, HR or Agency Recruiting, this session will give you the opportunity to spend time with an LLM and Agent expert and Talent Leader who has led Global Talent & Sourcing Teams and worked on Enterprise Level AI enablement projects across multiple industries.

See the full Agenda for details of what each module includes. The workshop is LLM-agnostic, meaning the prompting techniques we cover will work across any platform. You’ll see some attendees using Microsoft Copilot, while others may prefer Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.

AM Session: 9am – 12.30pm
8.45am arrival for 9am start. Morning Tea included.

PM Session: 1.30pm – 5pm
1.15pm arrival for 1.30pm start. Afternoon Tea included. 

Online Follow Up Session
You’ll be invited to one group online follow-up session a few weeks after the workshop. This is your chance to bring questions, share feedback, and discuss how you’re applying the learning in your day-to-day work.
