About Amy Tea
Amy is an Associate Director and Head of Research at Sheffield. Amy has recruited both in-house and agency side for over 15 years. She has recruited in a wide range of functions and sectors including finance, IT, sales, corporate governance, administration and the odd forkhoist driver. She is a Certified AESC Researcher and an accredited facilitator of the DDI suite of programmes including Targeted Selection and the DDI Competency Analysis tool. Amy is known both within New Zealand and internationally through the ALTO Partners and AESC networks as an expert on candidate research and how talent sourcers can get out from behind the computer and start engaging.
