Simon entered the talent acquisition industry 9 years ago after a short career working as a product designer. Starting in agency land before stepping into the internal TA space Simon is a passionate advocate for the power of TA teams to build and grow businesses. With previous experience at Mantel Group, Slalom, IE Company, and REA Group, Simon finds great satisfaction in helping to achieve business goals and career success respectively.
Whether working on strategic planning & forecasting, talent advisory services, career/interview coaching, recruitment process redesign or something completely different. Born and bred in Melbourne, he is an avid coffee lover, semi-amateur cyclist and a passionate support of the mighty Collingwood Magpies (don’t held it against him, it runs in his family). With his background in design & engineering Simon always utilises a creative approach to whatever he does and constantly tries to find better & more efficient ways of getting great people into great careers.
