Tapod – we talk Talent
Anyone who’s worked in Talent in Australia for more than 30 seconds will be familiar with Tapod, and there’s good reason why. Craig Watson and Lauren Sharp have over 40 years recruiting experience behind them, so they get that Talent is serious business. They talk to serious people, about serious people about serious things. But they blend their conversations with story-telling, humour, and a touch of self-depreciation.

Chief Bander, ATC2023 MC, and all-round darling of the Australian Talentsphere Edan Haddock talks to experts from the Australia recruitment and Talent Acquisition space about things that will help you do your job better.

HR Happy Hour is the ultimate go-to for anything you want to listen to about HR, management, leadership, workforce tech, and so much more. This is a Media Network that includes 8 separate podcasts that all relate to HR & workforce, including Inclusion Crusade where they focus on DEBI, The Workplace Minute, a weekly 1-2 minute update on things currently impacting the world of work, and Radical Research, which deep dives into important learnings we need to apply to our future talent work. This one has something for everyone.

Rose (Rosie) McAlister and Gemma Saunders know a thing or two about the benefits of diversity in the workplace (and in the world we live in). If you like listening to unfiltered conversations, then this is the podcast for you.

Adam Grant’s WorkLife
We are HUGE Adam Grant fans here at ATC. He has a unique way of thinking and exploring ideas that makes you go “huh, that really DOES make sense.” In his WorkLife podcast, Adam explores how to make your work more enjoyable. The tagline says it all: From learning how to love your rivals to harnessing the power of frustration, one thing’s for sure: You’ll never see your job the same way again.

Anyone who joined us at ATC2023 knows that Dart Lindsley has a unique way of looking at work.
