Tell us what you think of the State of Talent in 2021

In 2020, more than 130 talent teams contributed to the State of Talent Acquisition Survey and showcased how talent functions had been disrupted in a way we had never experienced before.

This year, we want to see what’s changed. The 2021 State of Talent Acquisition Survey has been designed in partnership with Globalization Partners to capture a clear and detailed snapshot of the current state talent acquisition in Australia and New Zealand, and give talent teams the opportunity to benchmark their function against their peers.

The data collected will be reported back to the TA community in the form of a report and in a free virtual event.

Your contributions will also help to establish key benchmarks which you can subsequently use to gauge how you and your organisation are faring, relative to your peers in the market.

And if that’s not enough of an incentive for you, everyone who completes the survey will also go into the draw to win a $500 Visa Card voucher.

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and we recommend completing it on desktop or laptop. Please also ensure that you complete the survey in one session.
