Contingent Workforce Management Webinar – Expert Panel Q&A

The sources and types of Talent are many and varied. With so many new Contingent Talent models, technologies and vendors available in the market, what should you be focusing on?

For some organisations, Visibility and Control are the goal but for others, they have the task of adapting their mature model for a changing landscape.

Richer diversity demands, speed and as always – compliance – is a shared challenge. We asked our expert panel, our questions AND YOURS!

  • Is it time to stop labelling solutions, Managed Services Provider (MSP), Contractor Management Outsourcing (CMO), Master-Vendor and start embracing the full talent, technology and provider eco system?
  • How do you know if your Contingent Workforce is out of control? How would you conduct a Contingent Workforce Audit?
  • Statement of Work how do you do it and is it becoming more prevalent and why?
  • Who are the enablers or Total Workforce strategy in today’s organisations? How can they effectively influence their stakeholders to achieve whole of workforce visibility and control?
