The 60 minute conversation covered a wide spectrum of challenges and opportunities relating to the use of AI in Talent Acquisition, including some of the basic ‘checklist’ items to keep in mind when considering AI, how to effectively communicate a shift to AI technology to internal stakeholders, and a top level overview of some of the legal and ethical considerations around the use of AI technology.

Distinguished Professor Fang Chen, Executive Director Data Science, UTS will lead the conversation on the technical side of ethical AI research and findings.

Siobhan Savage, Chief Executive Officer, Reejig who has built the world’s first independently audited ethical talent AI for a workforce intelligence platform.
