Over the last five years, Sue has founded The Human Collaborative, a business specialising in Talent Advisory and Talent Operations to help organisations unlock talent to reach their full potential. The Human Collaborative creates value across the entire Talent Lifecycle and adapts fast to understand how the team can create solutions and outcomes for their clients.
