Lauren is the General Manager, People Experience & Talent at MYOB and a registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in HR and transformation advisory roles. Lauren started her career in Management Consulting at PwC before moving to Australia Post as Head of Culture and then leading HR for the Technology team. She then moved to MYOB as Head of Organisational Development and was then Head of Talent before becoming the GM, People Experience & Talent, which includes all recruitment and talent management including internal mobility and the Future Makers Academy.
