  • Stability and Culture trumps company name: 46% of respondents rated the company’s stability as ‘very important’ and culture at 78%, versus just 19% who rated the brand name.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: 87% of respondents continue to seek some form of flexible work and will look elsewhere if not readily available.
  • Meaningful Work: 95% consider it important to do meaningful work.
  • Contracting is gaining momentum: 90% of those contracting now would be open to continue contracting in their next role.
