About Simone

Most recently performing the role of Talent Manager at PetSure, Simone has worked with a wide range of well known organisations to establish internal Talent Attraction teams largely in the capacity of Head of Talent Attraction herself.

In these roles she has successfully built teams, systems and processes from scratch utilising ever evolving data to measure and drive the success of each function. Innovation is of keen interest to her and she is an advisor and user of many innovative HR technology products.

Simone combines her recent studies in Psychology to help elevate outcomes in team behaviours, focusing on collaboration to achieve individual and team goals. This has proven to be a big driver in retaining talent and has led her to now undertake coaching to enable teams and individuals to play to their strengths and truly enjoy what they do.
