About Sarah

Sarah is Head of Talent Advisory within Talent, where she and her team partner with organisations to deliver a better world of work for all. Talent designs, delivers, and optimises workforce solutions spanning RPO, MSP and Talent Advisory services. Throughout her career Sarah has worked across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology & Digital building and leading internal talent functions, with a strong focus on innovation and transformation. Understanding that there is no “silver bullet” when it comes Talent Acquisition but a balance of People, Process, Technology and Brand that makes for long term success. Sarah is passionate about ensuring Talent functions are seen as strategic enablers within every organisation and can demonstrate tangible impact at C suite level through data, analytics, and ongoing feedback loops. An active member of the talent community online and offline, an Irish, Sydney Northern beaches mum and lover of the great outdoors.
