Sarah Abbott is a seasoned inclusion and diversity leader working in this field across the manufacturing, education, finance and IT industries in Australia and the USA for 20 years. She is currently the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader at Lion where Sarah leads the diversity and inclusion portfolio, with a specific focus on inclusion and belonging.

As well as holding a Masters in Commerce, a Masters in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Business, Sarah is an advocate for those who are the ‘other’ always looking for opportunities to remove barriers and create equity at work.
