About Pam

Pam has over 10 years recruitment experience working across agencies and in-house Talent teams for the likes of Google and Commonwealth Bank. After joining scale-up world almost 4 years ago as Head of Talent at Harrison.ai, Pam is loving the fast-paced change and opportunity to do impactful work in AI Healthcare. Last year, she also founded Sydney Talent Meetup. With almost 1000 members and counting, this meetup hosts free in-person events every quarter to help create more connection and shared learnings across the Talent community. Pam cares deeply about people, creating delightful hiring experiences, and absolutely loves bringing teams of awesome humans together – be that to learn new things, to go out for late-night karaoke sessions, to participate in hackathons…you name it!
