Duncan is a passionate and dedicated Recruitment / Talent  professional with a drive in the design, implementation and management of internal recruitment teams. With over  13+ years in senior recruitment / talent acquisition roles, he has been able to bring together experience working in different industries on all sides of recruitment (agency / search / RPO and in-house)  in the UK and Australia.

He’s learnt from some of the best in the industry, and has maintained the desire to investigate & implement ‘Right Fit / Practice’ in all his roles as opposed to following the status quo and the often debunked ‘Best Practice’. With continuous improvement and innovation as key focus’ in the way he operates, the drive to look into current processes and the desire to constantly review the status quo has kept him busy over the years!
