Chris Lloyd is the current Project Delivery lead within TA Operations at CBA. He leads and coordinates cross-functional teams to pioneer innovative, cost-effective talent solutions with a particular focus in shaping future-fit skills and refining capability assessment and selection methods. With over 15 years of global leadership in Talent Acquisition, he’s left his mark at the ASX top 10 and NYSE, S&P 100 organisations and across diverse sectors. Chris is a founding partner of the Talent Collective of WA, a network of senior talent acquisition professionals who convene regularly to dissect emerging trends, tackle industry challenges, and forge collaborative solutions.
