Anthony Sork is Founder and Managing Director of leadership development and executive coaching practice, Sork HC, and the creator of the world’s first patented Employment Attachment Inventory (EAI), a tool used by leading organisations to measure attachment, reduce attrition and increase performance of new employees.
Anthony founded Sork HC almost a decade ago and has a wealth of experience in developing senior executives and high potential talent across Australasia, the UK and the USA. Anthony is one of Australia’s leading speakers on employee perception impact. An international speaker and passionate writer on leadership and Human Capital issues, he has recently featured in the Australian Financial Review, Sydney Morning Herald, Big Pond Money, Management Today, Human Capital Magazine, Recruitment Extra & ABC Radio.
He has been awarded Australian and International Patents for his research and development in social psychology for Employee Attachment and Alignment and has helped his clients receive many awards including; Best Employer and Employer of Choice. Prior to Sork HC, Anthony held various senior executive positions in Australia and the UK. Through this work he has helped individuals and leadership teams, across a variety of industries, achieve sustainable high performance.
He holds a Bachelor degree with majors in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology and has further qualifications in Adult Education, Training and Assessment Systems and Human Resources.
