Nick Eaton is Director of Recruitment and L&D at Specsavers where he is responsible for leading the full Talent journey in Northern Europe. He has over 20 years’ experience in international retail, pharmaceuticals, and contact centre businesses. Prior to working at Specsavers, Nick worked for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, AstraZeneca.
