SST is a series of one-day, intimate events for internal and agency recruiters and sourcers who want to retain their edge, keep ahead of their competition and source & engage the best talent to create diverse workforces.

We are thrilled to announce that Carmen Hudson of Starbucks, Yahoo! and Recruiting Toolbox fame will be joining us all the way from Seattle to present the keynote address at #SST17.  A self-confessed ‘recruiting geek’ with a personality larger than life, Carmen is easily one of the most engaging speakers on the circuit – but she’ll also bring you the goods.  She’s been in the sourcing trenches with some of the world’s leading brands and is now highly sought after by organisations to show them how to leverage high ROI solutions for big sourcing, social media, and technology implementation initiatives.

And returning to Australia for the 2nd time is Shannon Pritchett, whom has been the Senior Recruiter for Internal Data Resources and Community Health Systems, Social Media Recruitment Ambassador for T-Mobile USA, Director of Recruiting for Moxy, Trainer with AIRS, and last as a Manager of Global Sourcing and Training for ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO. Shannon’s a seasoned Sourcer, an influential content writer, global speaker and part of the team that produces SourceCon. Shannon is across every sourcing trend imaginable and that’s why she’s going to speaking at #SST17.

As a first for this region Elaine Orler the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Talent Board will be releasing the 2016 survey outcomes for the APAC. The Talent Board will also be co-hosting the networking reception after the conference where the APAC CandE Award winners will be announced.

So, what’s in the sauce?  Here’s a sneak peak at some of the things we’ll be covering at #SST17.

  • Latest game changing technology and innovations that will revolutionise sourcing and engaging;
  • Greatest challenges in sourcing and engaging candidates/talent today;
  • The exciting new world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which promises superior candidate matching, improved quality of hire and candidate experience AND decreased time to hire;
  • Strategies and tactics for how Sourcers and Recruiters can impact diversity;
  • Finding the right balance between Inbound and Outbound sourcing; and
  • Best metrics to measure the success of your Sourcing Function.

So come along, exchange ideas, be inspired and get the secret sauce recipe for sourcing and engaging to create a diverse workforce.
