Leading product and engineering at Paradox, he created industry-leading AI solutions, winning HR Tech’s Top Product award 4 times in 6 years. In 2024, Adam took over as CEO of Paradox, the industry leader in recruiting AI, hiring over 5 million people and scheduling over 30 million interviews per year. In late 2025, Workday acquired Paradox in one of the largest recruiting technology acquisitions. Adam continues to innovate and lead recruiting products at Workday.
