Andrew is currently Hub Lead- Talent Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Community at Medibank where he has worked for the past 8 years, initially joining as Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to commencing in recruitment, Andrew enjoyed a career in education. As a member of the Medibank People Leadership team, Andrew plays a key role in developing the People Strategy and implementing an exceptional employee experience. Most recently Andrew has been a participant in Medibanks 4 Day Work Week trial and has helped shape other key initiatives such as Work Reinvented, Healthiest Workplace and Autonomous teams.
