A banger at number 10 from our Co-Founder and Talent Futurist, Kevin Wheeler. He explores the problem of overqualified workers (particularly in the US, where he is based) and proposes strategies to tackle this problem, including what recruiters can do.
It seems like a fair few of you were considering a jump into DEIB – good for you! Sylvia Yeo takes us through her experience at CBus – scroll to the bottom for her cheat sheet on getting into the industry.

Using TA to its max within an organisation – aka getting the band back together. John Vlastelica talks us through some great TA+ pairings like TA+DEI, TA+Internal Mobility.
Kevin calls it out early: How well-known is your organization? Are you able to attract the top talent you need? This high-level view of TA/Marketing crossover discusses the difference between generic employer branding and modelling world-class consumer marketing. It’ll get the cogs turning.

Unsurprisingly, the recap of ATC2024 made the list. It was an epic couple of days and there are some great photos in there – it’s worth having a look to see if you can spot yourself.
Coming in 3rd most read – Georgia Steele, Lawyer from Moray & Agnew, and Gemma Saunders, Chief Workplace Editor from Workplace Edit, discussed curly job questions with Jo Vohland. They both bring interesting perspectives to some of the harder questions TA may want to ask.
The runner up was Jo’s article on the introduction of right to disconnect laws in Australia. She takes it one step further by looking at how TA can support a healthy work/life balance within organisations.
The most read article for 2024 – we asked 3 Sourcing Leaders their 8 top interview questions to find their next sourcer for their team. it’s a goodie and a great choice for this year’s #1.
Thank you to all who contributed to articles and interviews this year. We love amplifying the voices of the TA community, and can’t wait to do it all again next year!
