Critical Legal Update: Contingent Labour Law in 2019 and Beyond
Shay Minster, Sheridan Landwehr and Allana Smith from Moray & Agnew will provide a practical legal update on the management of Contingent workers in 2019 and beyond.
They will discuss key developments over the past year, including:
- New labour hire licensing laws and the impact for those procuring and supplying ‘on hire’ workers;
- The latest buzz around ‘sham contracting’ and OHS risks;
- Modern slavery regulation and supply chain issues.
In this session, you will receive a ‘101’ on laws affecting Contingent labour in 2019 and beyond.
