In this session, Senaya will share the 12 things Grad Teams are doing differently due to Covid and which of these we might choose to keep long-term. Plus we will explore the hurdle we have yet to clear: RENEGES.
In 2019, reneges rose to 17 percent with 2020 expected to climb even higher. Ouch! We will use our creativity and craft a plan to reduce reneges and survive the most challenging grad season we have ever experienced.
About Senaya
Senaya has over 10+ years in the early careers industry, with global experience designing, delivering and managing graduate, intern and vacation programs. Senaya specialises in the strategy behind building early career programs as well as developing strategic university & college relationships. She has lived and worked through Europe and Asia. Her time as Telstra Global Graduate Manager saw her managing 20 regions. She has since founded Ignite Grad- a student advisory business. Senaya has served as a board and committee member of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers, currently on the Deakin University Advisory Board and a regular speaker at Early Careers events. Senaya is interested in how technology can interact with the talent industry- be it artificial intelligence, robotics, smarter reporting or tools to make life easier for those running programs. Passionate about making a difference in the experience and development of early talent, she looks forward to working with you.
