As an experienced Organisational Psychologist, Marina heads up the Organisational Development function for REA Group.  In this space she plays a strategic role in ensuring the strong capability and culture that REA is know for.  She has extensive experience in talent management, ensuring REA identifies, accelerates and retains its top talent.  Marina has a background in talent & performance strategy, leadership development, DEI, culture, wellbeing and learning. She is passionate about finding smart, strategic solutions and making the complex simple, and thrives on organisational design work that helps both an organisation and its people progress.  Marina believes in finding shared value for an organisation where human psychology and work psychology intersect to create great outcomes for both the individual and the business.
