Born into the world of food at an early age, Eleena spent most of her youth at her parent’s restaurants, serving customers, taking orders and working her way up through the business.

Eleena brings with her years of experience and insights in hospitality, operations, master planning and retail consulting to clients who wish to deliver innovative food concepts that are not only exciting but are also commercially viable and sustainable.
