Andy currently leads a National People and Talent Function, setting strategy, delivery on initiatives, and ensuring people customer experience is at the forefront of every decision.
He has a genuine passion for technology and systems, seeking ways to automate, streamline, simplify and/or optimise to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
