Building pathways for men and women exiting jail and those overcoming other barriers to reintegrate into the workforce. The Green Collar growth and reputation has come through advocacy, volunteering as a career stepping stone and peer support activity and the partnerships with other Lived Experience groups and employment specialist within that cohort. A multiple Award winner and a registered Social Enterprise, finding innovative and supported employment solutions for formally incarcerated.
