Paul is currently the National Business Development Director for Randstad Sourceright, the recruitment process outsourcing division of Randstad. With 25 years in recruitment, in addition to RPO, he has worked in everything ranging from executive search through to blue collar labour hire. Living in Melbourne, Paul has been married to Sonya for over 20 years and has 3 teenage daughters (explaining his thinning & greying hair). In his spare time he enjoys watching test match cricket, spirited political debates, supporting his beloved Port Adelaide Football Club and managing his coffee addiction. On this last one, Paul is always happy to shout a coffee to any likeminded TA professionals interested in a chat.
