During a commercial career with Salmat, Experian & Australia Post Aron was responsible for product launches, market development and commercial growth. Following a successful career in business services and technology, Aron has transitioned to the for purpose sector.

Aron has sector expertise in social enterprise, business process outsourcing, software services, digital and direct marketing and media. He is passionate about business that blend profit and purpose and has founded and advised several social enterprise startups.

As Chief Growth Officer at Xceptional, Aron is responsible for sales, marketing and product development. Aron recently arrived in Queensland to establish Xceptional’s Brisbane office, he is married with two young boys.
